The mark, the type
and the blue.
Everything below is free to use in coverage of Easybie, in print or online, without asking first. The one thing we ask is that the mark is not redrawn.
Everything, in one file
All logos, icons and images, plus the fact sheet and the brand rules.
The mark
An uppercase E in a squared speech bubble; the bars are three lines of speech. Use the four-bar mark at 24px and up, and the two-bar mark below it — at small sizes the third bar closes and the letter turns into a smudge.
Mark, blue
The default. Any light ground.
Mark, white
For dark grounds and photographs.
Mark, ink
One colour, for print and engraving.
Mark, small
Two bars. Below 24px only.
Mark, PNG
1024px, transparent background.
App icon
1024px, rounded square, transparent corners.
The lockup
Mark and wordmark together, which is what goes at the top of an article. The letters are outlines rather than live text, so it renders the same on a machine that has never heard of Archivo.
Lockup, blue mark
Blue mark, ink wordmark. The default.
Lockup, ink
One colour, for print.
Lockup, white
For dark grounds.
Lockup PNG, light
2400×600, white background.
Lockup PNG, dark
2400×600, ink background.
Icons
The mark at the sizes a favicon, a manifest and a home screen ask for.
Icon 32
Favicon. Two bars, solid blue.
Icon 192
Web app manifest.
Icon 512
Manifest, large.
Icon 192, maskable
Android home screen. Safe area is the middle 80%.
Icon 512, maskable
Android home screen and splash.
Apple touch icon
180×180, opaque. iOS ignores transparency.
The mascot
Bie is the mark with two eyes. Deadpan by design: dry, never excited, and never a substitute for the logo. The sheet shows the eight approved expressions; the SVG below is the one to use if you need a single picture.
Bie, blue
The canonical colourway. Any light ground.
Bie, outline
For blue and dark grounds.
Bie, ink
One colour, for print.
Bie, PNG
1024px, transparent background.
Expressions
All eight, on one sheet. A reference rather than artwork.
Ready-made images
Sized for the places they get used. Take them as they are rather than cropping a logo to fit.
Link card
1200×630. The image a shared link shows.
Article header
1600×900.
Profile header
1500×500.
Square
1080×1080.

These are the values the stylesheet uses, not an approximation of them.
Easybie Blue #1D8BFF
The primary. Links, the mark, the accent everywhere.
Blue on dark #3D9DFF
The same blue lifted so it reads on the dark ground.
Ink #0F1419
Body text on light, and the page itself on dark.
Secondary #536471
Supporting text. 6.12:1 on white.
Muted #8A97A3
Timestamps and labels. Never used for an icon: it misses 3:1.
Surface #F4F7FA
The page behind the cards, on light.

All three are open licence and free to install. Each line below is set in the face it names, so what you see is the face.

Clear space
Keep a quarter of the mark's width empty on every side. Nothing sits inside that — not a headline, not a border, not another logo.
Small sizes
The four-bar mark down to 24px. Below that the middle bar closes up and the E turns into a smudge, so the two-bar mark exists and is the one to use.
Colour
Blue on light, white on dark, ink for one-colour print. The mark is never re-coloured to match something else, and never given a gradient, a shadow or an outline.
Photographs
On a busy image, put the mark on a solid plate rather than trusting the contrast. A logo nobody can pick out of the background is a logo that did not appear.
The name
Easybie — one word, capital E, no space and no hyphen. Never EasyBie, never Easy Bie.
Redrawing
Do not rotate the mark, stretch it, animate it, or rebuild it as an icon in your own set. The SVG scales; that is what it is for.
Need something that is not here?
A different size, a transparent version, a screenshot of a particular page — ask, and it gets made rather than cropped out of one of the files above.
